Kia Ora my name is Kym
I born & bred along the East Coast of New Zealand. I grew up in a small Bach on a huge farm & attended one of the smallest primary schools in NZ called Potaka.
Connection, Love & Humble beginnings played a huge part in my upbringing. Meaning from day dot I always knew who I was and where I came from, appreciating my culture, helping others & being grateful for everything I had.
I spent a lot of time hunting with my grandfather & collecting seafood. This recreational lifestyle gave me safety & survival skills & a massive connection with the great outdoors. I also grew up in a culture where one man’s word & firm handshake was the only contract we ever needed.
I was blessed to have an upbringing so personally fulfilling & everything I learnt then has been stepping stones to where I am now.
As a Personal Development Coach I know how important it is to support myself first so that I am able to support our youth of today, for “we can only give what we have” the equivalence to “filling our cup”
On a quiet Saturday morning I met the P2S Rugbyworks Crew at a BBQ and I was immediately drawn to their values. After chatting with them I could see, hear & feel their passion to support our youth. Their focus was positive and the determination they shared was solid ! I immediately said I’m in.
It has been great connecting with the P2S Rugbyworks Crew, I know with our skills combined we as a team will help the lives of many youth, one step at a time.
